The Fall Gathering is to be held at The Lake Yale Baptist
Conference Center in Leesburg. This year's theme is
Step by Step based on Proverbs 16:9 (NLT).
We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.
We will continue to post additional information about this
year's gathering here, so we encourage you to bookmark
this page. ALL WOMEN ARE INVITED.

Registration forms will be on our site to make it easier for everyone to register. Share the Spirit and Let Your Light Shine forms (for the youth) will also be available for some that think they cannot come because of finances. Do not miss this wonderful weekend filled with Worship, Workshops, Bible Study, meeting new friends and seeing
old friends, good food and all of these in a beautiful setting on the lake.

REGISTRATION OPTION 1:
Download, email, and mail one of the following writable PDF registration forms to mail or email to our conference registrar, Diane Cummings. These forms can also be printed and shared electronically with friends in your congregation and conference.
REGISTRATION OPTION 2:
Online Registration is now open. If you are registering as a commuter or a youth attendee, we ask that you complete the PDF registration forms and submit them via email or mail to the conference registrar, Diane Cummings. If you have any questions or experience issues with your online registration, click here.
ARE YOU A VOTING MEMBER?
If you are participating in the Fall Gathering as a voting member from your local unit, please complete the Voting Member Credential Registration Form and submit it with your registration form.
Grant Opportunities: Share the Spirit & Let Your Light Shine
Did you know that the Florida-Bahamas Synodical Women's Organization has programs available to help defray the cost of attending the Fall Gathering? We know it’s not always easy being you. We don’t want you to choose between paying for prescriptions, groceries, or daycare and being in fellowship and worship with your sisters in Christ.

If you are are interested in attending the Fall Gathering and resources are a concern, we encourage you to first reach out to your congregational unit to determine what, if any, local funds may be available. We then invite you to complete the Share the Spirit or the Let Your Light Shine (for youth grades 6-12) application and submit it with your Fall Gathering Registration Form. Funds are limited and are administered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Grants are not announced publicly.
